These Terms and Conditions and the Disclaimer are applicable to any offer you are buying from MS Quantum Growth LLC. Please read carefully.

Upon buying you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

No refunds for already made payments. No guarantees. Please, have in mind that this statement is specified to the Terms and Conditions section on the buying page and the Client is informed about it before making the payment.

The Client cannot buy any program or product without agreeing to the Terms and conditions.

Marina Stoyanova | MS Quantum Growth: Client Agreement & Engagement Terms

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Marina Stoyanova | MS Quantum Growth ("Company") provides services to the client ("Client"). By purchasing or engaging with any service, the Client agrees to the following:

1. Program Commitment & Duration

Clients enrolling in any program (regardless of whether it is Pay in Full (PIF) or payment plan, 1:1 work, mastermind, or retainer-based personalized offer agree to the full program duration as outlined in their service package (e.g., a minimum of 3-month, 6-month,12-month, ongoing retainer).

Early exit, non-participation, or "pause requests" do not release the Client from financial obligations.

2. Payment Obligations

• All payment plans and retainer agreements are binding.
• Clients are required to complete all installments in full, regardless of program usage or perceived need.
• Payment is not conditional upon outcomes, results, or satisfaction, but on participation in a premium strategy container and accessing the Million Dollar Brain™ and the experience of Marina Stoyanova and her team.
• Invoices not paid within terms may be subject to interest, access revocation, and legal action.

3. High-Touch Delivery & IP Use

Clients often receive substantial deliverables — including strategy audits, messaging maps, signature frameworks, launch calendars, sales systems, and content funnels — early in the engagement or immediately upon access to the program.

In 1:1 or personalized containers and instant access programs, most of the strategic infrastructure (yearly strategy, launch mapping, funnel design, content planning, frameworks & trainings etc.) is completed in advance or in concentrated batches — often within the first few weeks.

This is by design to create momentum, not a loophole for exiting once the work is received.

➡️ Receiving early access or front-loaded delivery does not justify cancellation, refund requests, or defaulting on remaining payments.

Clients are fully financially responsible for their contract, regardless of delivery speed or participation.

Attempting to terminate early after receiving this level of strategic work, without completing payment, is considered exploitation of intellectual labor and theft of proprietary assets.
Legal action will be pursued if necessary to protect the integrity and value of this work.

4. Mutual Fit & Energetic Integrity

If, at any point, both parties determine the container is no longer aligned, a closure conversation will be held. The Company reserves the right to end the engagement with professionalism.

This does not waive financial obligations, unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Scope, Conduct & Boundaries

By enrolling, the Client agrees to maintain respectful communication both privately and publicly. This includes:

• No defamatory language, threats, or public criticism
• No emotional boundary violations
• No aggressive private or public communication regarding the Company, its team, or programs
• Additionally, all support, access, calls, and communication are delivered strictly as outlined in the offer and onboarding.
  No additional work, extra sessions, or expanded scope will be provided unless formally agreed upon in writing and paid in advance.
• In case of illness, emergency, force majeure, or scheduling issue, please communicate in advance with care and respect. We’re all human, and flexibility flows both ways.
• Please note: Bonuses, incentives, and additional resources are occasionally offered out of care for client success, not due to a lack of value in the core offer. These should never be viewed as entitlements, bargaining chips, or grounds for disrespectful conduct.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the container and legal recourse without refunds.

This is a high-integrity space, and gaslighting, emotional manipulation, or boundary-testing behavior, diminishing the value of the delivered (e.g., demanding extra time, devaluing delivered work, or questioning scope repeatedly) will result in immediate review of the client relationship.

The Company reserves the right to terminate the engagement if behavior breaches the values and standards of this work.
Such termination does not release the client from remaining financial obligations.
This ensures that integrity is protected on both sides.

6. IP & Usage Rights

All tools, prompts, frameworks, templates, and strategies shared inside any container and proximity level are part of the proprietary systems developed by Marina Stoyanova | MS Quantum Growth.

Clients may not:

• Resell, teach, or reproduce any material publicly
• Use the IP in their own content, courses, or programs without permission
• Claim authorship or rebrand provided systems

7. Results Disclaimer & Guarantees

All testimonials, case studies, and performance outcomes shared throughout MS Quantum Growth communications are real and illustrative of what is possible through strategic partnership and dedicated implementation. They are not to be interpreted as a guarantee of specific results.

Neither Marina Stoyanova nor any representative of MS Quantum Growth guarantees income, business growth, or personal results.
​Outcomes will vary based on the client's effort, integrity in execution, market dynamics, and alignment with the provided strategies.

This work is built on premium support and powerful methodology, but implementation and results remain the responsibility of the client, their investment, other team members, and ownership.

8. Legal Protection

This agreement is governed by international copyright and IP law. Breach of any clause, especially related to payment or IP misuse, will result in legal action.

Any attempt to file a false chargeback, claim fraud, or reverse payment after receiving value will be considered contract violation and fraudulent behavior. Such action will be legally pursued, and proof of service delivery and a signed agreement will be provided to the payment processor or bank. This document exists to protect both parties, but especially against misuse of high-level strategy and labor.

Non-payment, unauthorized use of strategy, or breach of agreement may be pursued through international debt recovery agencies and legal partners across jurisdictions, including Pay Pal, Stripe, banks, and international debt recovery and contract enforcement firms. Please treat this partnership with the same respect and integrity it’s built to deliver.

By continuing with this program or retainer, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.
