Terms and Conditions

This is a minimum of 6 months program that includes mentorship, coaching and consulting on business development and marketing for the client.

Upon buying it you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

No refunds for already made payments.

Please, have in mind that this statement is specified to the Terms and Conditions section on the buying page and the Client is informed about it before making the payment.

The Client cannot buy any program or product without agreeing on the Terms and conditions.

Payment options:

The price is $1 200 monthly or $7 200 PIF (6 months) or $14 400 PIF (12 months). Payments are done in advance and you pre-pay each month if you choose a payment plan. Ex. You start on Jan 1st, so your payment for Jan will be Jan 1st, For Feb - Feb 1st. etc. No refunds for already paid month.

Please, have in mind this is a serious long-term (at least 6 months) work and the I, the Consultant, will push you to take actions, if needed will be hard to you sometimes and you agree to hear the truth, even if you do not like it sometimes. My goal and job is to expand and scale your business, so the energy and the efforts by my side will be 100%. The rest is up to you and your responsibility. Let`s have a fair play.

What is included:

• Weekly Call (60 min) initially agreed between the sides
• Bi-weekly group coaching meetings (60 - 90 mins)
• Custom business plan and marketing strategy for your business development (map out WITH you on the first calls)
• Daily support M-T WhatsApp (app to be determined and can be changed in case of need)
• Weekly review and strategic feedback of any business documents such as Business plan, content, sales pages, offers, etc., so that you have clarity on progressing forward in your business
• Weekly feedback on your accounts - I will send you DMs on posts, stories, etc. with recommendations, comments or just to praise your great performance
• Access to The 6 Figure Accelerator
• Access to all my Workshops, Trainings and templates

Client will be invited via e-mail to book the 1:1 calls, will receive access to all apps and containers where the program will take place upon paying and enrolling.

The enrollment process includes agreeing with the Terms & Conditions, paying the fees as agreed and filling a questionnaire before the kick-off call. It is your responsibility to join the containers after all links are sent to you.

Already paid fees are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: There are no refunds. If you are purchasing 1:1 Custom Marketing Consulting or The 6-figure Accelerator and for any reason you decide to leave before the full amount is paid off, you will be responsible for paying the difference of the full price for the minimum commitment you signed up for.

No refunds on any additional service provide by third parties, such as developers, designers, VAs, lead gen experts, etc. that could have been use by you during our cooperation on your projects such as websites, social media content and networks development.

If payments are late, you will be removed from any current program until payments are back in good standing. For all consulting services, programs and masterminds, if you are paying through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing each payment regardless if you leave the program or do not complete it in the time-frame provided. There are no refunds. In case the client is just not paying and showing, without any communication, the Consultant has the right to collect the money judicially.

It is client`s responsibility to show on calls and to take the actions that are recommended.

No guarantees can be given and the results are client`s responsibility .

All services are designed to keep you taking actions for your marketing and sales for your business and to develop it. However, it is up to the client and their responsibility how they implement it and it is their decision if and how they are going to develop their own business.

By joining you agree to respect the consultant, to keep positive tone of voice, attitude and behavior and to not publicly offend or act towards the consultant if you are not getting a result, due to your own actions.

You agree to respect the privacy, opinion and choices of each and every participant, the rules of the community and the Consultant. Bullying, hating or unreasonable inappropriate behavior will result in dismissing, without returning any already paid taxes.

Confidentiality clause applies to the frameworks and methods, all Trainings, Masterminds, templates and any information during our work. Keeping the intellectual property of each and every one in the group, including the Mentor/Consultant.

Please, respect the work, the efforts, the know how and the experience of the Consultant.

You agree to receive emails and any other marketing communication.

You agree your results to be used for marketing purposes, where your privacy, name, initials are hidden and respected. Screenshots of your results are going to be used.
